Ollie Neece

Winchman Paramedic UK Coastguard

Having previously served for 13 years in the UK Royal Air Force, including tours on Search and Rescue and a special operations aviation Squadron, Ollie is used to high tempo operations in remote places and has spent much of his life delivering medical aid in austere locations. His medical career ranges from road-based emergency response to medic-lead on expedition, and he currently works as a Winchman Paramedic for the UK Coastguard – if you see someone dangling under a red and white helicopter over the Solent then it may be him!

Outside of his day-job Ollie is a keen adventurer and gets out of the country as much as he can, normally on a motorcycle, and as a part-time filmmaker is often found talking to himself with a camera in hand. He has a passion for teaching others, has taught medicine in a few different guises over many years now, and has been part of the WEM faculty since 2017
