WEM25 Poster Competition – Now Closed
Thank you to everyone who submitted their work to this year’s ‘Pushing Boundaries’ Poster Competition.We’ve been blown away by the quality, creativity, and passion behind each entry.
Submissions are now closed, and our review panel is busy shortlisting finalists ahead of WEM25 in Edinburgh this November.
Stay tuned as we reveal the shortlisted posters and showcase this year’s incredible research, case studies, and discussions that continue to push the limits of Extreme Medicine.

You’ll also be able to explore all shortlisted posters on-site and online following the conference.

Physical Poster Display
If you’d like to display your poster in person at WEM25, you must purchase a conference ticket to attend.
Shortlisted posters will be invited to present a 5-minute summary during a dedicated Poster Session at WEM25.
This is a fantastic opportunity to discuss your work, gain recognition, and network with leading experts.
Poster Requirements:
✔ A1 size (portrait or landscape – whichever best suits your content).
✔ Must be your original work and not previously submitted to WEM.
Digital Posters
If you’re unable to be there, you can still submit your poster for consideration.
All shortlisted posters will be showcased on-screen at the conference and featured on our website, ensuring your work gets the visibility it deserves.
