About Us
Gibb Group is a global leader in medical and rescue solutions, providing gold‑standard training, clinical governance, and operational support to some of the world’s most dynamic industries. We partner closely with the renewable energy sector—supporting major offshore and onshore wind projects and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of personnel working in challenging environments.
Our work spans clinical governance, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, specialist training, and incident review. We help clients achieve safe, compliant, and resilient operations that meet international best practice.
The Opportunity
We are currently prioritising the appointment of a Danish In‑Country Medical Advisor to support our expanding renewable energy portfolio in Denmark.
Alongside this, we are seeking expressions of interest from qualified physicians in Norway, Belgium, France, Spain, and Portugal for upcoming advisory opportunities.
These roles are remote and focus on high‑level governance, oversight, and expert national context—not on providing telemedicine or direct clinical care.
As an In‑Country Medical Advisor, you will:
- Contribute to the clinical governance framework for onshore and offshore renewable energy projects.
- Ensure alignment with national legislation, local regulatory expectations, and international best practice.
- Provide expert input into planning, incident review, and continuous improvement processes.
- Support the Gibb Group Clinical Lead with country‑specific insight and helicopter‑level oversight.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for local health authorities, regulatory bodies, and client organisations—without taking on operational command.
Your guidance will strengthen the safety, governance, and resilience of teams operating across renewable energy installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑level clinical advice and oversight within your country of registration.
- Support regulatory compliance and adherence to relevant standards.
- Contribute to quality assurance, training initiatives, and post‑incident review.
- Offer contextual, advisory support to the Clinical Lead and wider governance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, client stakeholders, and regulatory partners.
Requirements
- Licensed physician in Denmark (priority), or in Norway, Belgium, France, Spain, or Portugal for expression‑of‑interest roles.
- Background in emergency medicine, occupational health, remote/industrial medicine, or similar.
- Strong governance judgement, communication skills, and leadership maturity.
- Comfortable operating in a remote advisory capacity with clear boundaries.
