Our instalment plans allow you to secure your place today with a deposit, with the remaining balance collected automatically in monthly instalments with the final payment taken 8 weeks before the start of your course.
The earlier you book, the lower your monthly payments. Booking earlier gives you more months to spread the cost, helping keep your monthly payments lower. Simply choose your course in the drop-down to see the available payment plan.

How it works
Booking with an instalment plan is simple:
- Select your course from the drop-down menu above, if the course you wish to attend isn’t listed please contact the team.
- Pay your deposit (listed as a ‘sign up fee’, this payment secures your place).
- The remaining balance will be collected automatically in monthly instalments via the payment you used to book. This can be changed by accessing your account and ‘subscriptions’.
- Your final payment will be taken 8 weeks before your course starts.
Once booked, you’ll receive the same joining information and course communications as everyone else.
What's included?
Choosing an instalment plan doesn’t change your course experience.
You’ll receive exactly the same course, accommodation (where included), course materials, certification and CPD as someone paying in full. The only difference is how your course is paid for.
Is this a finance agreement?
No.
This isn’t a loan or credit agreement. It’s simply a way to spread the cost of your course by paying in monthly instalments before your course begins. There will be no credit checks required for you to use this plan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are there any fees?
No. There are no interest charges, credit checks or additional fees for choosing to pay by instalments.
Because the remaining course balance is divided into equal monthly payments, there may occasionally be a very small rounding difference in the total amount paid. This could mean paying a few pence more or less than the advertised course price.
At the time of writing, our Endurance Medicine course in Chamonix is the only course where this occurs, with the total amount payable being 4p less than the advertised course fee.
Any difference will only ever be a matter of a few pence and is simply a result of the way the monthly payments are calculated and rounded.
Can I pay my balance early?
Yes. If you’d like to pay off your remaining balance before your scheduled payments, you can head to ‘my account’ > Subscriptions > and click on ‘Pay Early’ or contact our team.
What happens if a payment fails?
If we’re unable to collect it, our team will contact you to help resolve the issue, if we’re unable to get in contact and have not received your payment we may cancel your booking. Full T&C’s can be found here.
Can I use a discount code?
Where promotional discounts apply, they’ll be reflected before your instalment plan is calculated. Discount codes will only alter your deposit and not your monthly balance.

- Monthly payments are collected automatically using the payment method provided at checkout. This can be changed and updated at any time via ‘My Account‘.
