Investing in your professional development is a big decision, and paying the full course fee upfront is not always practical. That’s why we have introduced a new instalment payment option for 2027 courses.
You can now secure your place with a deposit and spread the remaining course fee across a series of automatic monthly payments.
There are no interest charges, hidden fees or credit checks. You will simply pay the advertised course fee over a more manageable payment schedule.
How do course instalment plans work?
Booking your course using an instalment plan takes three simple steps:
- Choose the course you would like to attend from the drop-down menu on our instalment plan page.
- Pay the deposit to secure your place.
- Your remaining balance will be divided into automatic monthly instalments.
Your payment details are securely stored by our payment provider, and each monthly instalment is collected automatically using the payment method provided when you book.
We will email you three days before each payment is due and send another notification once it has been collected successfully.
Book earlier to reduce your monthly payments
The earlier you book, the more months you may have available to spread the remaining balance.
This means that securing your place earlier can help keep each monthly instalment lower. Your available payment schedule will depend on the course price, the date you book and the time remaining before the course begins.
All scheduled payments must be completed at least eight weeks before the course start date.
No interest charges or hidden fees
Our course instalment plans do not involve a finance agreement, credit checks or interest charges.
You will simply pay the advertised course fee through a deposit followed by monthly payments. Because balances are divided into equal instalments, there may occasionally be a small rounding difference of a few pence in the final total.
For example, the current instalment plan for our Endurance Medicine course in Chamonix results in the customer paying 4p less than the advertised course price. This is caused solely by the way the monthly payments are calculated and rounded.
Your deposit secures your course place
Your initial payment is deducted from the total course fee and secures your place on the course.
During checkout, you will be asked to pay for a deposit. This is not an additional charge and will form part of the total amount you pay for your course.
Once the deposit has been paid, your remaining instalments will be scheduled automatically.

Instalment plans are available for a growing selection of 2027 World Extreme Medicine courses.
The options available will depend on the course start date and whether there is enough time to complete the required monthly payments before the eight-week deadline.
