When will my order arrive?
We process and ship orders once a week. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery, depending on the postal service.
We ask that you allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive.

What are the shipping costs?
We have three shipping zones with flat-rate fees:
UK: £3.99 (Free shipping on all orders over £75!)
Europe: £7.45*
Rest of World: £9.90*
*Note: customers outside the UK may be liable for import taxes and fees.
I would like to return my order, what do I do?
We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us but understand if you need to return your items. We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition within 28 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] with your order reference. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
Please note, we cannot accept any returns of the Nalgene Water Bottles that have been taken out of the protective wrapper or used.
For international customers: Please note that any customs duties, local sales taxes and handling charges are non refundable.
