Take your casualty care training further, where every decision counts.

After over three years of delivering trauma training in active conflict zones across Ukraine, the World Extreme Medicine Fund (WEMF) is launching its first UK-based public training programme in prolonged casualty care (PCC).

This five-day course is a direct result of WEMF’s experience on the ground. It is designed to transfer the lessons learned from real-world war zone medicine back to the UK, embedding those insights into a new generation of healthcare providers.

This is not standard prehospital training. It is more gritty, more immediate, and shaped by the realities of delivering care under fire.

All profits from this course directly support the WEM Fund’s humanitarian medical work, including training, trauma support, and delivery of medical equipment in Ukraine.

What to Expect

This course is built directly on over three years of work alongside frontline doctors and medics in Ukraine, making it one of the most current and relevant training programmes of its kind.

Unlike standard prehospital courses, the teaching is shaped by the realities of today’s conflicts, including specific injury patterns such as drone-related trauma, and informed by the hard-earned lessons of delivering care under fire.

All sessions are grounded in real deployments, not abstract theory.

Full course content will be available shortly.
